Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN! To complete an entry participants must submit a photo and fill out the form. One entry per individual and household. Photo submitted must have been taken by the entrant. If people are visible in the photo, the entrant must have obtained permission. Family Pools North reserves the right to use your entry and any comments or images submitted in future marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Family Pools North also reserves the right to disqualify any pictures from the contest. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in NH, MA, or Maine. 

Contest entries must be submitted before midnight EST August 13th, 2021. 

Three Winner(s) will be selected on or before August 16th, 2021. The criteria used to select winners will be based on quality and creativity of the photo. Winner(s) will be contacted by email. 

Prizes will be awarded based on first, second, and third place. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Prizes must be picked up at our store in Kingston, NH. If you have any additional questions - feel free to send us an email at customerservice@fpnorth.com.

Sweepstakes:

Family Pools North regularly runs sweepstakes that may request personal information from you including your:

•      Name

•      Email address

•      Phone number

•      State or zip code

•      Age

•      Gender

The personal information we collect is used to contact you in the event that you are selected to win a prize from the sweepstakes, in addition to sending you special offers and other marketing material.

We do not sell or otherwise share the information you provide to us via sweepstakes. This information is only used internally to compile anonymous statistics about our user base and to create a contact list for sending special offers and marketing material.

You can choose not to include some of the information requested, but some of it is required (usually name and email address as a minimum so that we can contact the winner).

You have the right to not provide the information requested or can simply not enter our sweepstakes if you do not wish to provide us with your personal information.
